Walzel, Jacqueline

I am a proud product of Plano ISD,  having attended 2nd grade through 12th grade here. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma (Boomer) with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education.  But after more than 14 years of being a classroom teacher, I went back to school to receive my Masters in Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M Commerce.  My role as the instructional coach is to partner with teachers in developing instructional strategies, tools, and resources that enhance student learning, foster engaging classroom environments, and support their professional growth. 

 

Besides education, my other passions include my wonderful family and fantastic friends. My husband, Josh, and I welcomed our little girl back in March 2024 and are having so much fun! We also have our doggie, Leo, who loves being a "big brother". My mom, dad, and brother also live nearby, so family is a huge part of my life. We love football in our house, even if we are a house divided with teams ( Go NY Giants!). I am thrilled to be a part of the Dooley family.
